We will do our best to keep our website up to date with items that are out-of-stock.  Since we handle all the production for both our coffee & chocolate we will add or remove current items that are available or not.  If for some reason an item is ordered and found to be out of stock we will do our best to have it ready before shipping or contact the customer to resolve the issue by either a refund or replacement item.
