Café Zentimana reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and refund purchase amount.  We always have full intention of providing an excellent product delivered in an adequate fashion but if something out of our control should stop us from performing said task a full refund will be given if product cannot be shipped and access to funds are available.
